  • Keep your bread warm and toasty with this handcrafted bread warmer. Bangladeshi artisans whitewash and incise terracotta stone with the Tree of Life design. The stone sits within a handwoven kaisa grass basket. Warmer is oven-safe. 

  • Why you'll love it: Your purchase provides artisans in Bangladesh much-needed employment, a fair wage, freedom from exploitation, and access to healthcare and education for their children. Through sales of their products, these artisans also gain access to business training, awareness of women's rights, and health and nutrition programs.

  • Use and Care instructions: Rinse before first use—dry well. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place terracotta stone in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Do not put the basket in the oven. Handling carefully, place the stone in the basket. For best results, wrap food in a towel and place it on the warmer. To clean, rinse with water. Not dishwasher safe.
